HOTEL CASTELL
The Art of Relaxation . Zuoz
The Hotel Castell, on the sunny side of Zuoz, makes the hearts of families, sportsmen and sportswomen and art enthusiasts beat faster. In summer, the Hotel Castell is the ideal starting point for bike tours and mountain hikes. In winter, the ski slope starts in front of the hotel door and also the more than 230 km large cross-country skiing network can be reached in just a few minutes.
Art is an integral and vital component of the Castell. The Castell alone is a work of art. Paintings, objects, permanent exhibitions, events and Art Weekends contribute to its unique atmosphere.
Ruedi Bechtler, the owner of the Castell, has handpicked every piece of art or staged it in close collaboration with the artists. As an art lover, profound expert and avid collector of contemporary art, he has made the Castell a unique place of inspiration.
Those seeking relaxation can unwind with massages, treatments, a visit to the hammam or our unique rock sauna. Children enjoy a very personal care in the in-house children’s club. All our guests are spoiled by our kitchen team with healthy and varied Engadine and South Tyrolean specialties.
The Castell is a place where many things miraculously combine: Art Nouveau and modern architecture, nature and art, culinary and wellness.
