The intimate yachts of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection are purposefully designed to explore the world’s celebrated cities and island hideaways. ILMA is its latest configuration and is a show stopper.

ATELIER VOYAGE WAS ONBOARD IN AUGUST 2024

Gerhard and Gabriel, Atelier Voyage Co-Founders and CEOs were invited to explore the first cruise by ILMA from Barcelona to St Tropez and back.

Even at full capacity, the ship feels spacious as the common areas are very generous.

Highlight being the very beautifully designed and spacious cabins, all with terrace. Also, the impressive Spa area with relaxation room, large man and women separate saune.. and great spa menu… hair and barber salon and complete with technogym equipment (daily stretching and spinning classes add to the fun).

From the excellent team onboard with five (5) restaurant and three (3) bars to choose from, we were truly pleased with the high quality and friendliness of the staff.

TIME TO RE-CONNECT AND EXPLORE THE CHOSEN DESTINATIONS

Once in St Tropez, Gerhard and Gabriel, Atelier Voyage Co-Founders and CEOs chose to explore the region and do a long 4-hour walk along the coast (“Sentier du Littoral”)

THE LUXURY OF TIME AND SPACE

With the highest ratio of space per guest at sea, Ilma evokes the feeling of your own personal superyacht, and the onboard experience reflects the freedom and flexibility of the yachting lifestyle. Stylish and refined, yet relaxed and casual, onboard spaces embrace the natural surroundings that Ilma explores. Fresh sea breezes flow through the open-air terraces, and indoor venues are flush with light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

Ilma invites you to go wherever the day takes you. Indulge in a rejuvenating treatment at The Ritz-Carlton Spa or relax at the Main Pool on Deck 10. When at anchor, step from the yacht’s Marina into the sea for snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. Come evening, sip on a fine wine or handcrafted cocktail in one of the plush lounges as a classical pianist or jazz musician entertains you. 

MARINA AND MARINA TERRACE
Right at the water’s edge, the Marina offers space for lounging as well as direct access to the sea for kayaking, paddle boarding and other watersports. Just steps above, the expansive Marina Terrace serves cool refreshments, such as handcrafted cocktails, frozen sorbet and chilled fruit brochettes, with a backdrop of dramatic seascapes.

THE RITZ-CARLTON SPA®
Enjoy an invigorating massage, revitalizing facial or other rejuvenating treatment in one of the spa’s 11 private rooms, indoors with ocean views or alfresco with sea breezes. A sauna, steam room and quiet zones allow you to truly disconnect, and The Barber and The Salon ensure you always look your best. Reservations are required, and an additional fee applies.

MAIN POOL AND INFINITY POOL
With panoramic views from high atop the yacht, Deck 10 is home to Ilma’s large Main Pool, with tanning ledges and spacious sundecks for lounging and The Pool Bar serving refreshing drinks. This lively space is also an entertainment hub for sail-away parties, themed events and movies under the stars. A few decks down, the Beach House not only serves delicious Latin-inspired cuisine but also features the aft Infinity Pool, where views from a comfortable chaise stretch as far as the horizon. 

FITNESS STUDIO
The onboard destination for holistic health and wellness, the Fitness Studio features not only free weights and cardio equipment but also the Cycle Studio for indoor cycling and the Movement Studio for practicing restorative poses, deep stretching and mindfulness. The adjacent Juice Bar offers cold-pressed juices, smoothies, infused water and healthy snacks to complement your workout.

THE LIVING ROOM
Comfortable and stylish, The Living Room is the perfect place to connect with friends or retreat to a private alcove with a good book from the library. Fresh coffee and pastries greet you in the morning, while the afternoon brings cocktails and canapés. As the mood evolves throughout the day, the melodies of a live pianist give way to a late-night DJ for dancing and themed parties.

THE BOUTIQUE
From exclusive sportswear and branded apparel to jewelry and leather goods, The Boutique offers enticing options to shoppers. In select ports, your shopping experience is further enhanced by collaborations with local artisans who come on board to showcase their bespoke offerings.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ENRICHMENT
Like the yacht itself, the enriching and entertaining experiences on board are refined and relaxed. Classical and jazz musicians share intimate performances in the cozy onboard venues. Renowned experts join our voyages to lend insights on the destinations you visit, and we often partner with local artists, musicians or historians to create immersive cultural experiences on board.

THE OBSERVATION TERRACE
A tranquil open-air retreat on Deck 9 forward, The Observation Terrace offers comfortable chaises and sofas for sunbathing or socializing while taking in the panoramic views. Cool off with a frozen cocktail, spritzer or ice cream treat from the bar, and enjoy attentive deck service offering chilled misting and iced towels.

THE HUMIDOR
A softly lit enclave furnished in rich leathers and dark walnut timbers, this cozy lounge is named for its state-of-the-art humidor showcasing fine tobaccos that include an exceptional collection of hand-rolled cigars by Davidoff. Settle into a plush armchair and sip a premium cognac or a well-aged Macallan single-malt whisky.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection welcomes families traveling the world together. Ritz Kids® is an educational and fun-filled program that encourages children to explore the world around them. Enhanced services are available during holidays and summer months.
